My journey into care
My journey in care began 15 years ago, a path I chose after working as a chef at Queens College in Canada, locally based in Hastings. My passion lies in ensuring everyone experiences the quality of life they truly deserve, recognising that not all disabilities are visible. I find immense joy in connecting with people; if I can bring a laugh or a smile to someone's face, I know I've made a positive impact. Often, carers become the voice for those who need it most. I've recently achieved my Lead Adult Care Level 3 City and Guilds and hold specialized tracheostomy training and competency from Lane Fox Romeo in Surrey, part of Thomas and Guys in London.

As an independent personal assistant, I bring a 'happy-go-lucky' and compassionate approach to the forefront of my career. My aim is to bring smiles to people's faces and truly listen to their needs and desires, rather than simply following a rigid plan.
